Crimson Reflections

All rosettes have 2-way clips on the back. Each one is handmade, so there may be small issues; some of them aren’t perfectly evenly spaced on each point.

I buy most of my double sided satin, matte satin, metalic and grosgrain from suppliers on taobao, and it’s all extremely high quality ribbon. Sheer ribbon is also bought on taobao and is at least to the standards of Baby the Stars Shine Bright.

Some grosgrain, like the white, cream, grey and glitter cream are from local stores. These ribbons are a little cheaper, but are still passable quality. However, they have more of a synthetic feel when you touch them. If you are super particular about ribbon, these are the lower quality ribbons. They are not gift ribbon or anything; just local stores don’t carry ribbon on the same level as what IW or AP uses.

Rosette 001 – Sheer and satin cream with metalic gold stripes with metal gold crest button

Rosette 002 – Metallic dark emerald green with metal gold crest button

Rosette 003 – cream x chcocolate. Real rosette is a little darker of a cream and lighter of a brown. Mulberry paper rose in chocolate in the center. Stiff, but high quality grosgrain ribbon.

Rosette 004 – Navy x Dark red with metal antique gold crest button. Stiff, but high quality grosgrain ribbon.

Rosette 005 – Wine red high quality (midori) double face satin ribbon with metal antique gold crest button an star charm (dangles)

Rosette 006 – Metallic Chocolate brown (has a slight yellow cast due to the gold sparkle in the ribbon) with metal gold crest button

Rosette 007 – Chocolate brown matte ribbon with a coffee and chocolate mulberry paper rose and a metal antique gold crest charm.

Rosette 008 – Metallic Lavender (it’s more muted and a little pinker in real life) with a metal gold crest button

Rosette 009 – Royal blue satin ribbon with metal gold crest button. This ribbon is very hard to work with, and it slipped in places, so its sewn with the points not equal.

Rosette 010 – Sheer x Solid Matte black ribbon with a metal antique gold crest button. It’s hard to photograph sheer ones, but the matte part basically looks like a single stripe along the edge (look at the ones made with the 2 color stripe ribbon for an idea of how the stripes work)

Rosette 011 – Black grosgrain ribbon with a metal gold crest button. This grosgrain is really nice.

Rosette 012 – Grey grosgrain with a metal antique silver crest button. This grosgrain is a little cheaper, but it’s soft, and has a nice finish.

Rosette 013 – Blue-toned black x cool white striped grosgrain + your choice of either a plastic antique gold anchor button (A) or a Metal gold crest button (B).

Rosette 014 – Chocolate x milk tea grosgrain with a Metal gold crest button. The brown is a rich chocolate color in person.

Rosette 015 – bright white grosgrain with a metal gold crest button. This is also a cheaper grosgrain, but it has a lot of dimension to it when it’s sewn up as a rosette.

Rosette 016 – Cream grosgrain with a metal gold crest button. This is also a cheaper grosgrain, but it has a lot of body and sews up nicely
